Upgrade for the WinZIP. In this version: improved support for Unicode; full support of the LHA archive format; removed support for DOS programs from third-party developers (ARJ, ARC…); minor improvements and corrections.
The program that has received worldwide popularity appeared to be the first archiver with a graphical interface. Since ancient times, a lot of time has passed, and we need to note that in recent years the program heavily deposited it's positions. Competitors like WinRAR, WinACE, 7-Zip, have more features and a higher degree of compression.
The program supports a number of popular formats for archiving, and more precisely: ZIP, RAR, GZIP, Z, ARJ, ARC, CAB, LZH, TAR, MIME, Unix Compress, Uuencode, Xxencode, BinHex. Supports unlimited size ZIP archives. It is also include a tool for backup.

The new version of the FTP client CuteFTP has been released. In this release, corrected some errors and made improvements in turbo mode to enhance the transfer of small files.
Good, convenient and, perhaps most of the oldest of the programs. With its user-friendly interface and full functionality and as an excellent tool for people just downloading files from FTP sites, and for webmasters.
There are two versions. Home version has everything that is needed for normal work with FTP, a Pro version includes everything imaginable to any FTP client. More information can be found at the official site.

A new version of the alternative office suite OpenOffice.
OpenOffice is a fairly powerful office package distributed on the basis of open source. It is able to become a worthy for the office . I want to point out that such a program is already quite firmly strong. This fact tell users increasingly draw attention to this very worthy product.
The the package include: word processor, spreadsheet, presentation program, graphics editor, and as a component for building a mathematical formula. After nearly forty alpha versions released the first beta version of the popular P2P client uTorrent (μ Torrent) 1.8.
uTorrent is a very small size distribution. 251 KB in total that.. If the above argument in fact, has no special significance, the comfortable, thoughtful and very nice interface will be a far more compelling argument for uTorrent. Of course, all necessary functions supported.
This client for the BitTorrent P2P networks became so successful that it recently acquired by a company whose own BitTorrent client (corporate client network) . It was believed that after the purchase of a project uTorrent will be terminated, but as you can see, this has not happened. The program develops, as in the past.
